Private Ranch Getaway | Cozy Tiny House

Tucked away on our private 10-acre ranch, this cozy tiny house is the perfect escape for a peaceful stay in the country while still being an easy drive from nearby towns and attractions. Our ranch is currently in a season of renewal as we reseed and restore our pastures. Most of our farm animals are temporarily staying elsewhere while the new grass grows, but our emus and peacocks are still here to greet you! The space Our tiny house is approximately 400 sq. ft. and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With its own private gated entrance, the home features two cozy bedrooms, one full bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, and a dining area that also doubles as a convenient workspace and or sleep space. Guests can enjoy private Wi-Fi and a 32” Smart TV, along with all the comforts of having your own little home away from home. Step outside and enjoy the peaceful ranch setting, fresh country air, and plenty of privacy on our 10-acre property. Whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or a longer visit, the tiny house offers a cozy, quiet place to settle in and relax. Guest access Guest Access Areas: You’ll have the entire tiny house to yourself, along with your own private gated entrance, driveway, parking area, yard, BBQ grill, and fire pit. The surrounding ranch acreage is shared, as this is our home and an active working ranch. You may see us around the property caring for animals or completing everyday ranch chores. For everyone’s safety, guests should not enter barns, animal enclosures, or areas beyond closed gates without permission. Children must be supervised while outdoors. Exterior security cameras are located throughout the ranch and record 24/7. Your private gate code will be provided before check-in, allowing you to come and go throughout your stay. Other things to note Ranch Rules & Important Information Please review these rules before booking to help keep our guests, animals, and property safe. 1. **Children:** Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while outdoors. Please do not allow children or other guests to enter pastures, pens, barns, stalls, or other restricted areas without permission. 2. **Ranch Animals:** This is an active ranch, so you may hear or see animals during your stay. Please do not feed animals unauthorized treats without permission. 3. **Fire Pit:** Firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit. Fires must be supervised at all times and completely extinguished after use. 4. **Pets:** No outside animals or pets are permitted on the property. 5. **Gatherings & Events:** No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval. Please contact us before booking if you are interested in hosting a gathering. 6. **Quiet Hours:** Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a respectful level. 7. **Smoking & Flames:** No smoking or candles inside the tiny house. A $350 cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated receptacle. 8. **Gas Grill:** Guests are welcome to use the gas grill. Propane is not provided, although there may be propane remaining from previous guests. Please clean the grill and utensils after use and turn off the propane tank when finished. Charcoal is not permitted. 9. **Restricted Areas:** Please respect all closed gates, posted signs, animal enclosures, and private areas of the ranch. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to follow these property and ranch rules during your stay.
