The head of the lake

Two-story family house on the shores of Lake Mégantic, passed down from generation to generation for over 60 years. Located 10 minutes by car from Lac-Mégantic, 2 minutes from the golf course, and 35 minutes from Mont-Mégantic/Mont Gosford, it offers direct and private access to the lake as well as a veranda with a breathtaking view. There's also the possibility to dock a small boat at the pier. An ideal place to relax by the lake and enjoy the Mégantic region and its surroundings. The space There is a queen bed and a sofa bed in the master bedroom. A queen bed in the second bedroom. A double bed and a bunk bed in the third bedroom. A futon on the veranda. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room. 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room are at your disposal. Bedding, towels, and other essential products are included. The landscaping on the lake side was redone in 2023. Heated floors in the main bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2024. Private access to Lake Mégantic with a newly renovated dock (2024). You can dock a small boat weighing less than 1500 lbs. Several life jackets (for adults and children) are available. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe are at your disposal. High-speed internet, mini Nintendo, PS4, Chromecast, and board games are available. A park, high chair, children's books, and a small mattress for children under 4 years old are also available.
