This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment sits right above Main Street, giving you a front-row seat to all the action — from Round-Up parades to Whiskey Fest parties and everything in between. The bedroom has a comfortable beauty rest black king bed where you can rest easy after a full day exploring. There’s also a queen cabinet bed in the main living area for an extra guest or two — perfect for couples, friends, or small groups. All linens are high-quality organic cotton, sourced from Quince and other eco-friendly brands, offering both comfort and sustainability. After each stay, every surface and linen is thoroughly sanitized and refreshed, so guests can arrive knowing the space is spotless and cared for. You’ll find the kitchen with the basics you need for a short stay — ideal for cooking simple meals or enjoying your morning coffee before heading out to explore. Step outside and you’re just moments away from Pendleton’s restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. The Round-Up grounds are only a short 10–15 minute walk away. Whether you’re here for the events, a weekend getaway, or to soak in small-town charm, this apartment offers a comfortable, convenient, and fun stay right in the middle of it all. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves during their stay. The building is secure and locked, and you’ll receive a code for entry before check-in for easy access. There are stairways on both sides of the building leading up to the apartment — please note there is no elevator, so guests will need to be comfortable using stairs. Once inside, you’ll enjoy a private, quiet space right above downtown Main Street — close to all the fun, yet tucked away enough to relax and recharge. Other things to note Guests will have reserved parking spots located behind the building in our private parking lot — an easy and convenient place to unload and access the apartment. Please also note that access to the apartment is by stairs only, with stairways on both sides of the building.
