Welcome to Sadie The Bus! This unique stay Includes a tranquil environment to unwind from the hustle & bustle of this world with private outdoor space. Hammocks to lounge in, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, picnic table, games, & fully equipped kitchen. - 8 min from local Crops Fresh Marketplace - 9 min to Hibernia Park - 15 min to Marsh Creek Lake - 17 min to Kerr Park - Local coffee shops & restaurants within 17 min - Close to Downingtown, West Chester, Shady Maple, & Lancaster/Amish Country. The space - As you travel back our gravel lane you'll find ample parking for up to 3 cars. - We provide a starting amount of wood for the outdoor firepit & matches Inside to enjoy the private outdoor oasis. If you should need more wood, Crops Fresh Marketplace only 8 min away has some for purchase. - There are 2 hammocks inside that can be used to lounge in outside on the nice weather days for reading or peaceful naps. - There is a BBQ grill with all your grilling supplies inside. - There is a picnic table for meals outside. - There is a keypad code entry you will receive on day of arrival. - There are card games by the steering wheel. - As you enter the couch pulls out with the brown leather handles to a twin size bed. - The wood table opens with leg supports that swing out to seat up to 5 guests for meal time. There is also drawers on each side for storage. - The kitchen is fully equipped for all kinds of homemade meals, we have a 2 burner propane stove & a air fryer oven. - The fridge is apartment size so keep that in mind as your buying/bringing groceries. - There are 2 twin size bunk beds. - There is a queen bed in the back. - There is a private bathroom with a regular toilet and sink closed off with a barn door for privacy. - The tiled shower is dreamy to shower in with the skylight above, it has a frosted pull door for privacy. - There is hot & cold water. - There is wifi. Guest access We live on the property, you will pass our home on your way in. The outdoor area is clearly marked out and available to you but please respect our backyard area close to our home. No trampoline access. Other things to note - We do live on the property, so we’re around if you need anything during your stay. We’ve also put lots of work into creating a more private space for our guests to enjoy. - We have a yellow lab her name is "Cleo" she doesn't bark but if you see her out & about she's SUPER friendly and loves people!
