Whether you're cooling off in the heated pool, enjoying a bonfire under the stars, or cozying up for movie night, there's something here for everyone. 🌿 Outdoor Space Step outside and enjoy a true backyard oasis, complete with a large heated pool, fire pit, gazebo, and 4-burner propane BBQ setup. ✔ Heated pool (20x30 ft, 4–10 ft deep) - ✔ 8-seater patio dining table ✔ BBQ grill (4-burner propane) ✔ 2 poolside lounge chairs ✔ Fire pit with seating for 5 ✔ Outdoor gazebo with comfy chairs *NOTE: All backyard amenities other than the BBQ are available only from mid-May to mid-October due to winter weather. If you would like to use the Pool Heater during your stay, it is a $50 charge per day to use the pool heater. Pool maintenance is weekly on Thursdays or Fridays depending on pool company's schedule. Guest access Guests can access the entire home. The garage is not available for use at this time and is locked off. It is not available for parking. Other than the already mentioned amenities, the home is also equipped with: ✔ Air Conditioning ✔ Heating ✔ 6+ car parking on driveway Other things to note The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Guests are charged at $10/guest/night after 4 guests. The cost is automatically added when selecting additional guests. After 16 guests, a separate request to pay for additional guests will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. Two outdoor security cameras are outside the home. There is one above the front door pointed towards the front yard and one above the backyard door pointed towards the backyard. The cameras are motion-detected and will be recording during a reservation. No parties and no smoking (please review all house rules below before booking).
