Queen bed on bottom, Twin on top. Xbox, Arcade game, full bath w/walk-in shower --Home policies-- -No outside fires except for the gas firepit provided -No parties -No smoking ($500 fine) -We do allow pets for an additional fee.. -There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host -We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $50.00 flat rate fee. -Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee Guest have full access to the home with exception to a closet to keep supplies Guests are free to reach out anytime they please. We highly encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions or need help with anything. We will have some regular scheduled correspondence sent for important check-in and checkout info.
