Cozy Coastal Getaway

This lovely 2 story home is located walking distance to stores, restaurants, a bank, playground, skateboard park & an public indoor pool. Less than 10 min. south, ride the Dunes (ATV rentals available), walk a beach (4), tour a Light House, fish, crab, charter a boat or launch yours (which my long driveway will hold). Here tour the Discovery Center play golf or at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort 1 hr. south. There are lakes less than 1 hr north or south & clamming here & in Charleston to the southwest. The space On the main floor, there is a king size bed along with a full bathroom with tub & shower; and in the living room, the hide-a-bed becomes a queen size bed. Upstairs there is another king size bed in one room, with a port-a-crib; plus another large room which has a double bed and 3 twin beds - with a toy box & books. Another full bathroom with shower only is inside the larger room. There is a roll-away-bed in the hall closet (where you'll find lots of games), which can be set up in the hallway or the king bedroom . Please note: Parents should be cautious of the windows in the upstairs bedrooms which a child could climb out of if opened & they are left unattended. The dining room table seats 10, plus 2 more at the kitchen table. A booster seat and old high chair (use at your own discretion) are located in the laundry room along with the washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. There is a pellet stove and 3 baseboard heaters downstairs, which do a good job of heating the entire house (if the windows are all closed), but there is a portable heater upstairs if needed. Also, there are 2 fans available upstairs and another fan is in the laundry room, but the doors & windows allow for a good cooling breeze and other than the ceiling fan in the kitchen or living room, I've never used them. Outside on the back deck, which has two tables, chairs, a barbecue, counters & a sink, there is bin containing beach towels, pails, etc. for your use. Guest access Feel free to take chairs from the deck down to the patio/fire pit area and enjoy roasting hot dogs or making smores! Please return the chairs before you leave. Thank you. Other things to note Please remember that the front door will automatically lock after it is shut and you will have to re-enter the code to get back in, so keep that in mind if you have children. Also, when you lock the back door, it is locked. However, if you try the handle from the inside, it will automatically unlock the door.
