Lots of nature surrounds the property. Neighbors are near but not very close… very Large Private yard. Wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy seeing the daily visitors of cardinals, occasional sand hill cranes, occasional deer, and more. Originally manufactured in 1973, but is recently updated. It is small. Only 528 sqft of heated/cooled living space. (The screened in porch adds an additional 120sqft of living space.) The living room and kitchen has a Low Ceiling of only 6’5”. The rest of the ceilings are 6’10”. Tall people must mind their heads! The stove is a gas range with an electric oven. No smoking inside the home. Smoking outside is perfectly acceptable! Thank you!
