Close enough to ammenities and adventures, but far enough away for rest and relaxation! 10 minutes north of Brigham City, 16 minutes to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and 6 minutes to the famous Crystal Hot Springs! Come stay with us and enjoy what the area has to offer! Cozy, quiet and comfortable! *This is a basement suite with a private entrance and self check in.* The space This suite offers a quiet, country setting, surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and peaceful green space. There is ample room for your group with a large master bedroom and a king sized bed. The second bedroom boasts a twin/ full bunk bed, an adjustable twin bed and a crib for your littles. There's also a nice sized closet to hang your clothing. Enough room for everyone! The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination accented by beautiful tile floors and granite counters. The family room is all about comfort and fun! Furnished with a recliner/ couch, club chairs and even a huge, cozy snug sack! Settle in and watch your favorite show on a 65" flat screen Roku smart TV. The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare meals for your crew. The dining area seats 4 and the patio offers extra seating in a beautiful setting! A rousing game of corn hole or Scattergories is an exciting option to choose from our collection of games. Or maybe a quiet moment with a book from our selection of reading material. Whatever you choose, you will enjoy your stay with us! Guest access You will have access to most areas of the basement and the backyard. Areas that are unavailable will be locked. Please don't enter the garage, shop, or upstairs deck, as these are for the residents only. If there's anything you need or have questions about, please let me know. Other things to note Please note that this is a basement suite with residents living upstairs. There is NO smoking/ vaping in the home or anywhere in the property. Also, no parties or group events.
