Together, you’ll have 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 3 baths, plus cozy living spaces, kitchens to fuel the fun, and unique, curated spaces to chill or work. One house even has a game room—perfect for friendly battles and late-night laughs. Gather your crew—this place was made for memory-making. The space BEDROOMS Ready for your group’s perfect retreat? This unique duo offers 5 bedrooms and 8 beds total across two vibrant, boldly designed homes, comfortably fitting everyone with plenty of room to spread out. With 1 King and 6 Queen beds plus pullout sofa, you’ll have options for every type of sleeper. Bedroom 1– Sink into the ultra-comfy King bed in a room that’s all about bold style and total relaxation. Think: your cozy sanctuary after a day of Denver adventures. Bedroom 2 – This bright room features 2 Queen beds dressed with chic, modern décor—perfect for friends or family who love comfort with flair. Bedroom 3 – A Queen bed in a vibrant space that’s ready for sweet dreams and good vibes. Bedroom 4 – Another Queen bedroom with colorful, bold touches that make it a cheerful retreat. Bedroom 5 – Two Queen beds in one stylish room—roomy, fun, and perfect for catching up or crashing after late nights. Common Spaces - An additional queen pull-out couch in the living room provides a comfy spot for extra guests. BATHROOMS You’ll find 3 clean, fully stocked bathrooms with all the essentials to keep you fresh—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels—and plenty of bright, welcoming space for your whole group. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Whether you’re a snack master or a full-on chef, each home’s fully equipped kitchen has your back, complete with modern appliances and plenty of prep space. The two living rooms each feature a smart TV, perfect for movie marathons or just binging on your favorite shows. Plus, each home has its own dedicated workspace with a monitor—because yes, you can mix work and play on this trip. Bonus: House 2 includes a game room with foosball and classic arcade games for endless fun. OUTSIDE SPACE House 2 shines with a fully fenced patio featuring comfy seating, a gas fire pit table, string lights for cozy evenings, and even a volleyball net—ready for good times and great memories. THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS The two homes are about 500 feet apart, located on nearby streets but not directly adjacent. To get from one home to the other, you’ll take a short 2-minute walk around the corner. Perfect for groups who want to hang out when they want, and have their own quiet corners when they don’t. Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit. •We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
