Quiet Residential Setting: This home is located in a peaceful, established residential community and is best suited for guests seeking a comfortable, relaxing stay. To respect our neighbors, the property is not suitable for parties, events, or loud gatherings. Hence, No Parties or small gatherings are allowed. Reach out to the host directly for detail or possible exceptions. •The property host reside within one mile of the property to address any needs you may have. 2. Noise limits: • This is a condo with shared walls: Out of respect for neighbors, please be mindful of your noise between 10 PM and 6:00 AM. 3. No Smoking or Vaping: • Smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the property. 4. No Illegal Substances: • Use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. 5. Pets: • Pets are NOT allowed unless specifically approved in advance, with an additional cost. 6. Respect the Property: • Please treat the home with care and respect. • Report any damages immediately. • Unapproved damages, missing items, or extra cleaning may result in additional charges. 7. Parking: • Park only in designated spaces. Do not block garages or sidewalks. 8. Check-In/Check-Out: • Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless special arrangements are made with the host. 9. Community Courtesy: • This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep the community peaceful for everyone. 10. Safety and Security: For everyone’s safety, please note there are Ring cameras at all door and patio entrances and visible within the garage. These are exterior only cameras and are for security purposes. 11. Our Gold Standard of Hospitality: We strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience. If anything falls short of your expectations during your stay, please notify your host immediately. If the host must come to the property due to a lock out, the fee is $40 to let you in. If the property requires a deep cleaning due to stains and/or damages, a $250 fee minimum fee will incur.
