Rates for these weekends are significantly higher and include a required multi-night minimum. Early booking requests for these dates cannot be accommodated. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, patios, deck, and all open outdoor areas across the estate. Trails, fields, and green spaces are available to explore during your stay. Please note: the garage, barn, basement, and shed are locked and not accessible to guests. Other things to note Bell Estates sits on a quiet, private estate road surrounded by nature. Guests are welcome to walk and explore the land, but please be mindful of natural terrain, seasonal conditions, and local wildlife. Starter essentials are provided (paper goods, trash bags, K-Cups, toiletries). Longer stays may require additional restocking.
