Welcome to the Birch house! Where modern comfort meets northern charm. Kailee and Jeremy are the proud new owners of this 3BR, 2BA bungalow in Temiskaming Shores. Located near Lake Temiskaming, local restaurants and the hockey arena. Steps away from nature and ski-doo trails. Enjoy a full size kitchen, 3 Smart TV’s, electric fireplace, pool table, seasonal hot tub, gas BBQ, and outdoor seating area. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, our home offers everything you need for a great stay! The space Inside: Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - Queen bed and TV Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - Queen bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - California King bed Bathroom 1 (upstairs) - Bathtub and shower Bathroom 2 (downstairs) - Walk in shower with blue tooth speaker in ceiling light Dining area Each living space has a smart TV Pool table downstairs with dart board Central AC Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher,microwave, cookware, bakeware, utensils, and glassware—everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. Also features a spacious island with seating for casual meals or morning coffee. Coffee bar- Keurig with pods, hot chocolate, assortment of teas Outside: Large deck Hot tub (seasonal) Gas BBQ Fenced in backyard Seating area Things you need to know: No children under the age of 18 in hot tub without adult supervision. Hot tub is to be used at your own risk. Guest access Full access to home and outdoors space. There is no access to garage. Other things to note If you must travel with a pet please inquire, some well behaved pets may be allowed. An extra fee of $75 will be added per stay. Other details to note Exterior cameras on property: Lorex video door bell: at the back door entrance - overlooks back door and driveway *Camera #1 - is mounted at the front corner of the house - overlooks front door and front yard *Camera #2 - is mounted on the corner of the garage - overlooks back door deck, backyard, hot tub. There is a fire pit in the back yard which is not in use at this time. NO SMOKING POLICY INDOORS: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the home. If smoking occurs indoors, a $250 additional cleaning and odor-remediation fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning and the deodorizing required. Please do not smoke near the entrance doors, open windows, or in the hot tub. There is a designated cigarette disposal container by the garage.
