Parking is available for your car. Very well located, you will be close to everything: grocery stores, restaurants, parks, highway, etc. The space Loft 14723 is located in the basement, under an excavated garage. This guarantees you a quiet stay, without noise from the upper floor, since there is no living room above, only the garage. You can enjoy a quiet, intimate and relaxing space, ideal for a peaceful stay. Guest access Guests have access to: • Their reserved parking space (147th Street side) • The vestibule leading to the accommodation • And of course, Loft 14723 in its entirety Please respect the other private areas of the property. Other things to note The staircase to the basement leading to Loft 14723 is shared with my beauty salon located in the basement. This vestibule only includes the stairs leading to your accommodation. • A coat rack is available at the top of the steps, just inside the double glass doors. • Hooks are also available inside the loft to hang your coats. ~ Important: Please do not leave your shoes lying in front of the door leading to the parking lot (outside). This could affect safety on the stairs and pose a risk of falling for you or others. With the exception of this shared staircase, the rest of the loft is completely private and reserved for your use during the stay.
