Numerous options for dining, entertainment and attractions all a short distance from the home. Enjoy comfort and feel right at home, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room and bathroom. Relax in a comfortable bedroom, living room or on our front porch. Equipped with closets with hangers and suitcase shelf. Nightstands with reading lamps. Overhead ceiling light and fan combo. ⭐️BATHROOM⭐️ Feel refreshed after a nice hot shower. Bathroom linens provided: bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. Washer/dryer access. Stocked with a hairdryer, toilet paper, and hand soap. ⭐️KITCHEN⭐️ Enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a smart TV in the living room with multiple options of streaming services of your choice to login to. Dining table with seating for 4. Coat hanger by the front door. WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout the home. ⭐️PETS⭐️ Pets are welcome! We wouldn’t want to travel without our puppers either. Pet fee applies ($50.00). The yard at the property is small but it is big enough for a pet to use the bathroom. Lots of neighborhood streets to walk them on right from the house. Front and back yard access. Please keep pets leashed, and pick up after them. ⭐️GUESTS ACCESS⭐️ Easily check in with a front door key code entry. A 4 digit key code will be sent at the time of check-in to unlock the door. Directions on how to use the lock are located on the door itself. Allows for anytime check in starting at 3:00pm. No need to rush if running behind. ** PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR HANDLE WHEN YOU LEAVE DURING YOUR STAY OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK INTO THE HOME, JUST LOCK THE DEADBOLT** Street parking, usually lots of space on the street as the neighbors don’t use it. If check in times need altered please feel free to reach out and ask. Depending on scheduling, we may be able to help accommodate an earlier check in time. ⭐️HOUSE RULES⭐️ No smoking - Please no smoking or vaping inside the home. Additional fee applicable if guests are found to have violated this request. No parties - No parties allowed and no unauthorized guests. Quiet hours & Neighbors - Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please be mindful of noise levels and respect our neighbors in the area. Illegal Substances - No illegal substances allowed on the property. Damages/Accidents - Accidents happen, if there are any damages or issues, please notify us so we can address the issues before our next guests arrive. ** Exterior security cameras ** - There are 2 cameras on the property: one on the front porch and one on the back porch, both facing away from the house for safety purposes. Both cameras are in a fixed position and cannot move side to side or up/down. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety and security of the premises. ⭐️THINGS TO NOTE⭐️ - There are 4 front porch steps with a railing to get into the house. - There is an upstairs room and a basement in the house but they are for storage purposes only and blocked off from the guests. Guests have full, private access to the entire 1st floor of the home. - Toddlers/ babies are welcome. I do not have any amenities to set out for them at this time.
