The space The Hilltop View House is set on 200 acres of the family-owned Rafter C Ranch in Plantersville. It is conveniently located to area attractions. There is an unfenced pond within 100 feet of this house. Please do not access fenced in areas. Other things to note We do not allow pets. Please be aware that guests will be staying on a working ranch with livestock nearby. There is a pond with the appropriate critters that normally inhabit ponds and surrounding pastures. Please take appropriate precautions. Please be aware : Once guests turn off of Highway 105 they will be on a white rock ranch road that leads to The Hilltop View Ranch. If guests have a “lowered vehicle” there might be spots where it will drag the uneven ground. We are not responsible for any damages. ***To protect our family and guests our property has outside cameras.*** *Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside our property. Any evidence of smoking/vaping will be reported to Airbnb, and additional cleaning fees will apply. * We have a strict seven guest maximum capacity. Any violation of this rule and you will be asked to leave immediately, reported to AirBnB and no refund will be given. *Quiet hours are 11pm-7am *No parties or events allowed
