My place is within short walk to Proctor Academy, post office, Jakes market, Library, school, playground, 15 min to Ragged, 15 min to New London where you can find places to eat out, 35 min from Hanover and Concord. I am right on the rail trail so you can hike, bike or cross country too for many miles! Additional 10.00 for extra guest will be charged to cover water costs The space You are welcome to relax in my home and use the kitchen, keep items in the fridge, use stove etc. I want guests to feel at home. :) I have a portable Bose station if you would like music in your room from your iPhone. As mentioned above, I am right on the rail trail which means 100 steps you can access the trail and cross country ski or walk for miles.... Guest access The front porch may be used as well as the patio area in summer which has a table and 4 chairs and surrounded by perennial gardens. Kitchen may also be used but simply ask that you clean up after yourself. During your stay I do work from home so am available should you have any questions or concerns. You are welcome to take my dog Piper out for a walk on the rail trail as well if you like. She loves the company and the outdoors!
