The price is a TOTAL cost and not per person. This rental package does not include beach towels. ** Bed Inventory: Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Queen Bedroom 4 - 2 Twins Bedroom 5 - 2 Twins Guest access Entire home- All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the morning of your arrival. Guests may access the garage through the inside of the home. Other things to note To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only. A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge. In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) the cost is $200, please let us know after you book. **Renters are required to take out trash; schedule is in the binder. Please take trash and/or recycling to the curb Sunday night. Bring them back in the next day after pick up. We know this is not your trash, but the guests always take out for the previous week.
