About 15 minutes to NRG/Rodeo and 15 minutes to the Texas Medical Center by car or Uber (traffic may vary). Ideal for students and professionals. Please review the map location before booking. No visitors, no parties, no pets, and not suitable for children. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Valid ID required before check-in. The space You’ll have a private bedroom designed for a calm, practical stay—ideal for solo travelers who value rest, focus, and a clean environment. This is a respectful co-living 4beds/3 baths home, so shared spaces are kept tidy and organized for everyone’s comfort. Bathroom: Shared bathroom located on the second floor, shared only between Rooms 3 & 4 (shared with just one other guest). Shared spaces (co-living) Guests may share common areas such as the kitchen, (basic cooking) dining area, and laundry. On-site laundry is available, which is especially convenient for mid- and long-term stays. We ask everyone to keep shared areas tidy, respect pantry/fridge organization, and follow house rules so the home stays spotless and comfortable. Guests are expected to: -Keep their bedroom and shared areas tidy. -Respect shared kitchen/pantry/fridge organization. -Follow house rules to maintain a calm, respectful environment. Basic cleaning tools are available (vacuum and broom) to help maintain a clean, comfortable home. Check-in & entry (important) We love welcoming guests whenever possible. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For everyone’s safety, a valid ID is required before we can provide the entry code. Not a fit if… If you’re looking for a social/party environment, plan to have visitors, or prefer not to maintain a tidy space, this home may not be the right fit. Your assigned bedroom is your private space. Management will not normally enter it during your stay. If access becomes necessary for maintenance, repairs, inspection, safety, or another legitimate property-management reason, advance notice will be provided whenever reasonably possible. Immediate access may be necessary in an emergency. Because this is a managed co-living property, authorized managers, cleaners, or maintenance personnel may access shared/common areas as needed for normal property operations, and advance notice may not always be provided for common-area access.
