Kick off your mountain getaway in the heart of Big Bear. Our cozy cabin, located in the desirable Moonridge Neighborhood, puts you within walking distance of adventure—Southern California’s premier ski and snowboard resort, Bear Mountain, as well as some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in SoCal. Just a short drive away, you can enjoy the golf course, Alpine Zoo, and the beautiful Big Bear Lake. Start your mornings with fresh alpine air and a cup of coffee on the deck, all while taking in peaceful lake views. Then gear up for a day of adventure—whether you're carving down snowy slopes in winter, paddling across the lake in summer, or exploring scenic trails any time of year, this cabin puts you right in the heart of it all. When the day winds down, fire up the grill, relax by the fireplace, and swap stories from your adventures while soaking in the hot tub. With all the essentials (and a few extra comforts), it’s the perfect basecamp for thrill seekers, nature lovers, and anyone chasing a true mountain experience. This cabin offers warm and natural lighting and multiple windows to enjoy the view of the mountains and forest. Master room has one queen bed and two nightstands with lamps and hardwood floors, the second room has a fun bunkbed, full bed over twin. First bathroom is located upstairs with the second bathroom downstairs along side a spacious third bedroom featuring a queen bed. This charming cabin has a warm and cozy living room with a comfortable leather sofa, flat screen tv, and a fireplace for those cold nights. The home also has a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and bar stools. Also included are a washer and dryer. It offers an outdoors hot tub, smokeless fire pit table, BBQ, and patio furniture with an outdoor table. Perfect place for a couples retreat or a family that wants to escape everyday life and make incredible memories! Guest access Guests have full access to this home. Always carry chains. Occupancy Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No pets allowed. No parking in street or yard. No garage access. Parking is only permitted in the driveway. The max number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10PM Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10pm-7am. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41970 Garstin Dr. & 39690 Big Bear Blvd Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated above is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Evictions Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rule and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
