The Tiny

Welcome to a cozy getaway just outside Eugene. This 400 sq ft custom-built tiny house is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. With two cozy lofts, soaring wood ceilings, and large windows to let in natural light, this space feels open and inviting. Enjoy peaceful views of rolling hills and the charm of a nearby small airport where you can watch small planes land & take off. This tiny home is also a short drive from Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium & UofO campus. The space This rural property is located next to I-5, 8 miles south of Eugene on 4- acres of unfenced pet friendly fields in a private quiet neighborhood. The Tiny sits about 100m behind the main house on the property and has a full kitchen, queen size bed in main loft and a sleeping mat is available upon request for extra guests. Guest access Guests have access to most of the tiny house except for the closet on the main loft. There will be 3 drawers in the storage bed in the main loft available for use. Other things to note There are steep narrow stairs leading up to the main loft and no hand rail. The smaller loft is accessed by ladder and that loft is not fully enclosed. The deck is about 3 ft off the ground and also does not have a railing. There is also another dog that lives in the main house on the property. She is great with other dogs but very skittish with people.
