The space Welcome to our charming 450‑sq‑ft studio cottage—ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a cozy, well-equipped coastal retreat. The open-layout living space features a queen-size bed and a twin bunk above, plus a convenient pull-out sofa for additional sleeping options. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: • Dining & work area: A small dinette with two chairs and a dedicated computer desk • Entertainment: Roku TV with Spectrum cable and high-speed internet • Kitchen: Fully outfitted with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, oven with cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and complete glassware and dinnerware • Essentials stocked: Soap, toilet paper, and hand towels to last several days; we also provide four bath towels and two beach towels As a guest, you have full access to the shared outdoor amenities, including: • A pool area with grilling station, lounge chairs, and patio table • Bocce ball, ping-pong, and foosball • Two complimentary beach chairs and a pair of bicycles Please note: the studio is designed for two guests. It’s an intimate, open-plan space—similar in feel to a hotel suite—with no separate bedroom. The main house on the property is occupied seasonally by the owners, but you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Guest access You have full access to the fenced back yard and pool area. Feel free to play ping pong or football in the garage. Also the beach chairs and bikes are stored in there for use.
