One-bedroom apartment next to the technical school

There are 2 rooms. One of which has a TV, wardrobe, cozy home room. The second room, like the hallways, is newly renovated: good lighting, new wallpaper and linoleum. Near the apartment there is a technical school, a stop and various shops. Everything is within walking distance. I, a landlord, a business person, are sociable and educated. If the guest is non-conflict, smart, and reliable, we'll work it out.
