Tiny house on tiny farm close to hiking trails.

This space is a unique and private dwelling on 5.5 acres of property. The tiny house is a newly renovated modern and artistically designed space. Guests will have access to the back yard and wood lands. There are small trails and sitting areas that guests are free to enjoy. There is also a hiking trail walking distance down the street that leads to the Fishkill Ridge and Beacon. The space During this time of Covid-19 I take extra care to sanitize all surfaces between guests. I diffuse all natural antibacterial and antiviral essential oils between guest stays. I am open to long term bookings and will provide discounted rates. I grow most of my own food on the property. The vegetable garden is 5,700 square feet. There is an electric fence surrounding the garden and certain parts of the yard to ward off deer and other natural predators. There are 25 chickens that provide fresh eggs that live on the property and a sweet young newly adopted dog named Stella. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy their indoor space in total privacy. And they are welcome to explore the property and relax in the many sitting areas in the woods on the property. They will also have access to the BBQ grill if requested. Other things to note The sleeping loft in the tiny house has a ship ladder that rolls out for use and gets tucked up against the wall when not in use for more space in the living room. There is AC/Heat and a ceiling fan to circulate air, as well as a plug-in free standing fan for the loft. If guests want to use the kitchenette, pots, pans, dishes and glassware they are free to do so if they wash, dry and put away everything used in their original places.
