Cozy 4-bed room in a farmhouse

You will stay in an originally preserved, approx. 250-year-old half-timbered house in the middle of the countryside. It is a small farm with chickens, ducks, cats and sheep. The rooms are small and cozy. The romantic garden and the large meadow offer many places to relax. You can go hiking, cycling (Mulde cycle path) or just relax. You can also barbecue here. For 10.00 euros/person you get a delicious breakfast by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. The space With its visible beams and large windows, the room in the attic has its own charm. The beds can be placed individually. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft bed with direct views of the starry sky. The mattress is 1.60 cm wide, so it is also suitable for two adults. But kids especially love it. There are many small details to do justice to the character of the farmhouse. The shared, modern guest bathroom is located in the attic and the guest toilet is located on the first floor. You have to climb stairs at my place. I serve breakfast either in the countryside under the apple trees or in the kitchen, which is accessible to all guests. There is also a fully equipped cooking area, so you can conjure up something delicious for yourself and at breakfast or while browsing through my magazines you have a magnificent view over the river meadows. Watch the stars in the moonlight with a glass of wine or watch the fireflies in June and let the day wind down. Here you will find peace. You can also barbecue with us. I'll make my little library available to you. There you can browse among novels of various genres, a lot of non-fiction and magazines. We currently have two sheep, chickens and a couple of cats. Children can experience contact with the animals up close under supervision. Some can be petted. The cats are not allowed in the house. Please bring your own bicycles. Chance to book inflatable boat tours nearby. During your stay I am actually always present, live here and can take time for my guests. Other things to note The cell phone reception is bad. Wi-Fi is OK. There is no TV. Breakfast costs an extra 10.00 euros/person
