Self check-in with keyless entry for a smooth arrival. You will be provided a code. Front door- Enter the 4 digit code and door will unlock. Garage door- enter the four-digit code followed by the checkmark button. Check-in - any time after 4PM. Check-out- Before 11AM. We have professional cleaners coming at 11AM. Parking for up to 4 vehicles - room for one car in garage, driveway and street parking. (Please do not block neighbors, driveways, or mailboxes.) During your stay, you’ll have full access to the home’s living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and all outdoor spaces – including the large fenced backyard. We have the Master Bedroom closet locked but do have a sturdy rolling clothing rack with shelves for luggage in the Master Bedroom. Accessibility: this is a one-story home and only one step to enter. Please note – the storage building in the backyard is not for guest use and will remain locked. Other things to note All guests must agree to the following house rules: -No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property. Smoking on the back porch is allowed. -No events, parties, or large gatherings. -Only Registered Guests may stay at the property. -No disturbing the neighbors. -No loud noise past 10PM. -Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am. -Please do not block neighbors mailboxes or their driveway with vehicles. -Additional fees and taxes may apply for additional guests not included in your reservation.
