The space Your 11x16 bedroom, a queen bed, once a resting place for visiting Rochester's 'High Society' in the early 1900s, your private bathroom down the hall. Join us for interesting conversation and intriguing stories. Explore the Lake Ontario Wine Trail, farm stands, water front parks & hiking trails as well as the many historical museums of Wayne County. Antiquing, the fall foliage season, a major NYS snowmobile trail all nearby.The Historic Hamlet of Pultneyville where you will find Gates Hall (oldest still active theater in the United States). The Landing at Pultneyville a second floor & outdoor restaurant overlooking Lake Ontario and the Marina that was once a port of trade. Sodus Point & excellent prime rib at the German Steger Haus just minutes away. Guest access Guest have access to all the main rooms of the house and full use of kitchen and laundry. During your stay This is your time to unwind. We want you to enjoy your time here. We'll gladly share good conversation and if you'd like the home's history, maybe a friendly game of billiards in the game room. We are happy to accommodate most special requests. Please just be mindful of excessive noise after 11pm. Paul is available to you until 11 pm Pat starts her day as early as 5 am. Other things to note Our house is smoke free. Please let us know if you are a smoker, we will accommodate you with a designated outside smoke area. Responsible alcohol consumption is welcome. Please be considerate about over indulging. We have Captain, our resident therapy poodle. He would love to keep company with you. Our room accommodates 2 people with a queen bed. Please make prior arrangements if your family exceeds the room limitation. We welcome well behaved children. Please supervise at all times to help protect the home's delicate details. Only registered guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. We have Historic Plumbing & Fixtures, avoid flushing anything besides toilet paper. Guests are responsible for any damages. We appreciate your help in preserving this historic space.
