Modern Studio Apt

This is our home office that we have converted into a studio apt. It is one block off of downtown and an easy walk to a nice cafe, pizza restaurant, and antique shop. Need more room or extra guests, the upper unit is also available to rent airbnb.com/h/carterville-loft The space This is a 200sqft office space that we have converted into a studio apt. We have added a counter top, mini fridge, and microwave to give you room to make some small meals for your stay. The TV doesn't have cable but it does have Roku. So you can watch all your streaming services you already have. Guest access There is a private entrance to the unit from the outside. Other things to note This is an apartment building and the walls are a little thin. You may be able to hear some of our other tenants. There are only two, one above you and one next to you. They are long term tenants, this building is their home, please be respectful of this. There is only street parking, and only enough room for one car.
