A guesthouse loft behind a Pre-war Tudor in the Oak Hill Park Historic District in the heart of Olean with a private entrance & address. More spacious than a hotel room with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, heat, Wi‑Fi and driveway parking. Walkable to downtown shops & restaurants, short drive to St Bonaventure & the hospital. Ideal for solo visits, work trips or couples seeking comfort and value. Note: One flight of stairs, sleeps 3 max - One queen bed and rollaway cot. The space Living Room, Kitchen with oven/range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator Breakfast Bar, Bedroom with Queen Bed and bathroom with walk in shower. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. It is its own private apartment with its own address. The main home on the property is our full time residence so we are available to help if anything comes up during your stay. Parking available in the driveway (please use the space on the left) as well as free street parking (excluding Wednesdays for street cleaning). Other things to note This is our guesthouse that is located above the two car garage behind our residence. There is one flight of stairs (indoor) to access the apartment so please keep this in mind if you have difficulty with stairs. We have a golden retriever (named Sparky) and siamese cat (Teddy) that you may see outside on the property. Both are very friendly but if you have concerns about either please let us know beforehand!
