Other things to note You will be given a code 24 hours prior to check-in that is available only to you. The code will be deleted and made invalid after check out. The fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen pantry downstairs and in the linen closet upstairs. No smoking on the premises. Unauthorized parties are not allowed. Violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Due to owner allergies, we are currently unable to accommodate pets or companion animals. This property is family friendly. While there are baby gates present on the staircase, the home is not child-proofed. Furniture/cabinets are not bolted into walls. You ultimately accept responsibility of all guests, including children less than 18 years old. Left-over items in the pantry or kitchen can be used at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. We ask that you please dispose of all trash in outside bins prior to departure. HOT TUB: By using the hot tub, guests agree to do so at their own risk. The host/owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while using or as a result of using the hot tub. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the hot tub; minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have medical conditions including but not limited to heart conditions, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We ask that you shower before entering the hot tub to remove lotions, soaps, and debris that can affect water quality. Please avoid glass containers near or inside the hot tub. Please properly cover the hot tub after use. This will help maintain temperature, cleanliness, and is an important safety measure. Please do not use hot tub during thunderstorms. No sex in the hot tub.
