The Camelia Studio is a 26 m2 studio located in the converted Winery opposite the Manor House. Si­t­u­at­ed on the ground floor and spe­cif­i­cal­ly de­signed for guests with re­duced mo­bil­i­ty, this new stu­dio of­fers easy ac­cess to the grounds and pool. In the Studio you will find: A dou­ble bed (160cm) or 2 sin­gle beds Kitch­enette with mi­crowave oven, ce­ram­ic hob and fridge/freez­er Large walk in wet room with show­er and WC WI­FI Ac­cess to: BBQ, gar­den fur­ni­ture and grounds Outdoor Pool (May- Oct) and its ter­race Wash­ing ma­chine and dry­ing fa­cil­i­ties in shared laundry area in adjacent building Free Parking The Clos Mirabel Estate is set amidst the gentle hills of Jurançon in 15 acres of private parkland. The shared seasonal outdoor pool, grounds and terrace offer breathtaking views out over vineyards to the complete mountain range of the Pyrénées Atlantiques. Clos Mirabel is ideal for large family holidays and groups of friends, couples and business travellers. The C18 Manor House sleeps 10+ The Manor House Apartment sleeps 4 with one bedroom and a mezzanine The Winery sleeps 6 The Winery Studio sleeps 2+ in an open plan studio The Loft Apartment sleeps 4+ over two levels The Gatehouse sleeps 6 Accommodation is available individually, in any combination or with exclusive use of the whole estate, on a self-catering basis. The Manor House also operates on a Bed and Breakfast basis throughout the year and is available for small weddings, special birthdays, baptisms and seminars up to 35 guests. The lit­tle town of Ju­rançon is 3 kms away from Clos Mira­bel. There are nu­mer­ous lo­cal bak­ers, butch­ers, a green­gro­cer, a su­per­mar­ket, week­ly mar­ket, church­es, chemists, 2 doc­tors’ surg­eries and a den­tist. There are 2 cafes and 2 res­tau­rants. The much larg­er ci­ty of Pau is just a few min­utes drive, it is ide­al for shop­ping, eat­ing out and vis­it­ing his­toric sites. Jurançon is a famous wine-growing region with many vineyards in close proximity for tours and wine tasting. There is lots to see and do in the local area from mountain walks and trips to the ski slopes to water sports on the river Gave. Popular day trips include - the tourist train at Artouste for close up views of the Pyrénées and mountain lakes, Pau Chateau, Lourdes, St Jean du Luz, Biarritz and the coast of Spain including Bilbao for the Guggenheim Museum and the seaside resort of San Sebastian. Nearest airports: Pau, Lourdes - Tarbes, Biarritz, Toulouse, Bordeaux Trains: Pau train station with regular trains to Paris Ferry: Santander and Bilbao
