Charm 307

Welcome to Charm 307. She is an early 1900’s farmhouse that has been lovingly updated with still keeping her original charm. We are still making improvements but promise you a very comfortable stay in the heart of the Grand River Valley wine region. This is a great location for your stay in the area! Centrally located minutes from I-90 and Spire, 20 plus area wineries, Geneva on the Lake, Covered Bridges and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. The space On the first floor there is a king bedroom along with a half bath and kitchen with a breakfast nook, living room and dining room. The second floor has one Queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. The bedrooms all have full closets. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and there is a portable air conditioner available, along with room fans. Enjoy relaxing on our covered side porch with wicker furniture and a swing. There is a gas grill off the porch for your use. Guest access No basement or garage access as of now. Other things to note There is a large driveway with room for RV or trailer parking.
