Be prepared for steep inclines, as access may be challenging. If your vehicle doesn’t meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee access, especially after a recent snowstorm or icy rain. *LIMITED CELL NETWORK* Cell signal may be weak on-site. However, Wi-Fi works very well, allowing you to stay connected when needed. Many guests take advantage of this partial disconnection to refocus and fully appreciate the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature. *PET POLICY* CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding. ๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog ๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience. ๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age. ๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times. ๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors. ๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean. *WATER* Please note that tap water may have a slight sulfuric taste due to the natural presence of minerals. However, it is completely safe for drinking, cooking, and hygiene. For your convenience, we recommend bringing bottled water if you prefer a more neutral taste. *FIREWOOD* A small amount of wood is provided for your stay. If you plan to use more, please plan to purchase additional wood. Bring kindlings & your lighter *NOISES* Please keep music & voices reasonable, especially evenings. No parties. We want our neighbours and guests to enjoy a quiet environment. *BBQ* Available year-round; in winter, guests must clear snow (shovel on site). *TOWELS* Bathroom towels provided.
