Large warm house in the bay of Mont Saint Michel, Saint-Jean-le-Thomas. With a very large garden (2500 m2), in a wooded and quiet environment, the house is perfectly equipped for rest, leisure, time shared with family or friends, as well as a few days of quiet remote working. rental for up to 8 people . Ideally located, the house is 15 min walk from the beach. Linens are not provided ,possible in addition at the price of 12 euros per person. The space The house consists of two floors of life. The main floor is accessible by a magnificent very spacious terrace that overlooks the large plot (500 m2), a valley where donkeys and horses regularly patnuts and, on the side, the village church. Through the terrace you will access a large comfortable living/dining room, with a traditional ceramic wood stove, ideal for the end of the day in return for walks. The adjoining kitchen has been completely renovated and contains all the necessary equipment for your culinary pleasures (second fridge available in the basement for large cooks). The main floor also has two bedrooms (bed of 160 / 2 beds of 90) , as well as a modern shower room and separate toilet. On the upper floor, a large living space allows sleeping three people (three 90 beds), with in addition a living area and a large children's school office (two places). A very large bedroom (double bed) with a table that can be used as an office is attached, as well as a modern shower room with toilet. A crib is also available on the upper floor. Numerous storage (cabinets, cabinets, cabinets...) are available throughout the house, as well as all the amenities you may need (including fast internet connection, large TV screen, hifi channel...). In the basement you will find a washing machine and a second fridge-freezer, a large sink (ideal for sorting seafood), laundry stretcher and deckchairs in the garden. In the garden (especially in the stone sheepfold typical of the country) and on the terrace, you will have many amenities for beautiful days in the sun: barbecue, tables and chairs, sun loungers, bench... And as a bonus in the summer, you will enjoy fruit trees, palms, fir and other wonders of the garden. Our friends the animals may be accepted, subject to a request in advance at the time of the reservation. Guest access Private access to all the living rooms of the house (so not to the garage and the closed room in the basement), access to the whole garden (possibility to take the cars down to the garden or park them on the edge of a hedge on the street, free of charge) Other things to note You will enjoy the ideal location of the house: beach 15 minutes' walk, accessibility of Granville and Avranches (20 minutes), the nearby beaches and villages (Carolles, Jullouville...), Mont Saint Michel (less than 40 minutes by car) Many activities are possible nearby: walks/hikes, swimming, pétanque, tennis, crossing the bay of Mont Saint Michel, shell and mussels fishing, summer market in the village and many markets all year round easily accessible, sailing charter and sailing school nearby, horseback rides in the village and on the beach... You can come back every year without going around!
