Chalet Saint-Mathieu-de-Rioux

The Ti Dudi chalet is the perfect place to relax with family or friends. Ideally located on the shores of Lac Saint-Mathieu, it can accommodate up to 12 people. The perfect place to enjoy the lake or the mountain, in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting offering magnificent sunrises. Several amenities for your comfort and fun: large terrace, fireplace with BBQ, private access to the lake with private dock, indoor fireplace and much more! The space You will stay in a two-story detached house located directly on the lake. This family chalet-style accommodation has 4 separate bedrooms, including a family room with two single bunk beds and a dedicated baby area (bed, changing table, games, intercom). The rooms all have queen size beds, some with a single mezzanine bed. Bedding is provided for all beds, excluding the crib. A second baby cot (playpen) is also available upon request. The kitchen/dining area, located upstairs, offers access to a large terrace, has an unobstructed view of the lake and contains all the necessary amenities to easily accommodate 12 people. The main bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, large bath and shower cubicle. The auxiliary bathroom includes a toilet and sink. Bath towels are provided for occupants. The living room area, located on the ground floor, at the lake level, is a spacious and bright room, equipped with a large fireplace, several sofas, a "bar" type table and a TV/home theater system. An additional living space is available on the ground floor and contains a foosball table. We provide some board games and some books. Outside, a private path shared with neighbors gives you access to the accommodation and parking that can easily accommodate 5-6 cars and even a 20-foot recreational vehicle (30A RV outlet, annual permit). On the lake side, you have an area with an outdoor fireplace equipped with a plancha, a private dock giving you access to the lake, and a small grassy area. The accommodation has galleries on both floors protected from rain and snow where you can relax while admiring the lake. Outdoor dining tables and Adirondack chairs are available from June to October inclusive. The BBQ is available year-round.
