Covered Front patio with table and chairs, and fire pit. It is on a quiet no outlet street. Guest access Guest may use the entire house and front patio and parking for two cars. Easy self entry. Other things to note This place is located close to downtown Eagle point walking distance to local coffee and sandwich shop and two small grocery stores, the Eagle Point museum, Butte Creek Mill, a historic flour mill. Freddie’s and Main Event Bar with great dinners and lunches. The covered bridge and a walking path. Larger grocery stores less than a mile away Ray’s Food Place and Walmart. This is a great place to visit friends and family in the Eagle point area. Cllose to the Rogue River recreational area. Also many local Wineries within a easy drive. Lots to do, fun little town. Beautiful drive to Crater Lake and many water falls.
