3 private wooded acres with an amazing backyard. perfect for entertaining. Plenty of deer and turkey to watch and enjoy from the new large deck. Home has been completely remodeled and with the layout, there is plenty of privacy with the split bedroom layout. This home is peaceful and an amazing place to relax. Nice sunrises and sunsets as well. The space Most of home has been remodeled. December, 2025 we will be replacing the standup tub (staining from prior well water before we changed to city water). Full bathtub also being replaced. This will pretty much complete the remodel of the property. Guest access We can meet you at the house or provide you the door code for entry. Other things to note No wi-fi at the house. We are currently working to find a solution to get fiber run to the home since we are located out in the country and Verizon/ATT do not offer home internet for us in the area. Everyone on the road are desperately awaiting a solution. We use our cell phones (that work great) to hot-spot to the tv.
