Contemporary duplex apartment by the sea
Ideally located near the beaches of the Bay of Audierne, this comfortable apartment, contemporary duplex, is integrated in a building of character from the 19th century, privileged starting point for the discovery of a Bigouden country between ocean and countryside. The building was divided into 2 adjoining and independent dwellings with interior common areas allowing them to be served (entrance, staircase, terrace) and exterior with private parking and a small garden. HOUSING The accommodation in which I suggest you stay is located in the eastern part of the building and faces south / southeast. This duplex of around 75 m² on the ground, comprising the first and last floors, is contemporary, comfortable, fully equipped and very well soundproofed. THE SLEEPING At the sleeping level, the proposed capacity is 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. It is distributed in 2 rooms; 1 160x200 bed in the large bedroom and 2 90x200 beds in the other. In order to offer you the greatest comfort, the mattresses and box springs are of good quality. THE LIVING ROOM In the living room, large roof windows offer views of the countryside and the ocean, the building being 1.5 km from the beach by road. The kitchen open to the living / dining room, well equipped and functional, will allow you to cook at your ease: fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, cutlery, plates, glasses, dishes, various containers and kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker ... The living room has internet and WIFI, an 80 cm TV, DVD player and radio-cd. THE LAUNDRY ROOM An equipped laundry area is also accessible in a room on the ground floor, under the duplex. You will find washing machine, dryer, clothes line and sink. COMMONS - INTERIOR The indoor common space under the stairs is available to store your possible bike, surfboard, bodyboard, diving suit ... THE COMMONS - OUTSIDE THE PARKING The private parking, common to the 2 apartments and not fenced, allows you to park your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the building. THE GARDEN After your walks, excursions or during a lazy day, a small private garden common to the 2 housing units of the building and not entirely fenced, is accessible to you as an extension of the parking lot. It is not directly attached to the building but about fifteen meters, on the other side of the small lane of access to the neighboring house. This corner of greenery of about 150 m² and facing south-southwest, allows you to put a table, chairs and a barbecue ... On the practical side, you can also use it to rinse bikes, coveralls, nautical equipment or put up the clothes horse.
