The wifi password for the river sands wifi is ColoradoRiver. The door code it the last 4 of the phone # of the booker. Other things to note Stays over 27 days are available please message for information with your requested dates. All guests must check in at the park office upon arrival to get a parking pass. Any Smoking or vaping of "any" kind inside will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Smoking and vaping permitted outside only. Please do all dishes. You may leave them to dry. If cleaning staff has to do or redo dishes there is an additional cleaning fee. We are happy to welcome pets only when they are properly declared and the pet fee is paid at booking. • All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival • A pet fee is required for all animals except ADA-defined service animals • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not exempt from pet fees under Airbnb policy The pet fee directly covers additional professional cleaning, allergen treatment, and wear on the home. This is the only way we are able to continue offering a pet-friendly stay.
