Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees. The space As the house is used frequently by the owner and family members, it is well equipped with normal every day items. The television receives only Netfix and there is a dvd player as well as a small selection of games Other things to note We appreciate that many people like to bring their dogs with them. The owner needs to be advised of this and as it will entail extra work for the housekeeping lady (no matter how well behaved the dog), in order to maintain our high standard of cleanliness, a gratuity of £10.00 per animal per stay should be left in the house for her. Assistance dogs are of course exempt from this small charge.
