Perfect for groups of up to 18, our collection of 4 cozy homes offers queen beds in each bedroom, queen sleeper sofas in the living rooms, plus an additional queen sleeper sofa in the lounge/community kitchen—giving everyone plenty of space to unwind in comfort. Each home is stocked with everything you’ll need for a seamless stay (just bring your food and drinks!). We provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner, linens, pool towels, sunscreen, and cozy robes. The only thing we can’t do is dry your swimsuits! Relax together by the sparkling pool or soak in the hot tub, all set against the soothing backdrop of cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower under the stars or gather around one of the wood or gas fire pits to share stories, laughter, and a little late-night magic surrounded by peaceful nature. For the chefs in your group, the fully equipped community kitchen features a Blackstone griddle, Blackstone gas oven, and gas grill—making it easy and fun to create memorable meals together. Important Policies: This is an Adults-only property. It is not suitable or safe for children so the littles are not permitted on the property. Airbnb only allows us to list “16+ guests,” but the property can comfortably host up to 30 people. There are sleeping arrangements for 18—any additional guests are welcome to visit, but there is a $25 charge per extra person. We’re happy to work with you—just be upfront about your plans so we can ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience. Guest access You will be able to access all amenities inside the property. The gate and door code will be provided the day of check in. Other things to note This is adult only and no children are allowed. This is a space for you to relax and have fun with friends! We are 10 minutes from Central Ave, 15-20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and just minutes from Lake Ouachita. Heads up, y’all! Yes, we’re out in the country—even if stepping through our gates feels like entering a bougie spa resort. But nature doesn’t care about gates. Nature has wings... and eight legs. Despite our best cleaning efforts (seriously, we scrub, spray, and sage), the occasional spider, fly, or mystery bug might sneak in like it paid rent.
