Gîte 'Chez Anna' welcomes you in Wuenheim, a wine village on the Alsace wine route. The cottage is located at the exit of the village, away from traffic, at the foot of the famous Old Armand or Hartmannsweilerkopf. A quiet location, the surrounding nature with views of the meadows, the forest and the mountains are the prerequisites for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The house was built in the 1920s by grandparents, small winemakers as we could meet a few years ago. They produced a light and fruity table wine, a blend of muscatel, Riesling and Guewurtztraminer. Ten years ago, their son Eugène Ruhlmann, still used the utensils exposed in the basement, the wine cellar: press, barrels, still ..... were used for the development of his wine and schnapps appreciated by his friends with whom he liked to drink; It is in this preserved family atmosphere that Odile and Raymond RUHLMANN are pleased to welcome you by sharing the traditional Kugelhopf accompanied by his glass of Alsace wine.
