Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You have privacy close to your needs, but still in the middle of the country and can still watch from your front porch. 3rd floor and 2nd floor suite, private fridge and coffee machine along with full reign of the home. 3rd floor ceiling edges are approx 6 ft. see photo The hosts run several businesses outside of town, will hardly be there.. Guest access Someone will greet you and help you check in at time of arrival. Other things to note Mansard ceilings in this area. .** Note** My home is in the middle of remodeling so when you arrive you may find some areas may be restricted through out house simply because there is upgrading going on but NO NOISE will ever interrupt your stay, as we halt any work during stays for purpose of peace and quiet and for cleanliness. NOTE**** If you are bringing additional guests, all guests MUST have identification on them or they will not be given access to our home. We must keep all our guests safe and including ourselves, there fore, all guests must provide air bnb and ME as the home owner proof of who they are to secure sleeping in the home. If you supply it to host, government photo id must be sent via the chat to secure we have total transparency. The person scheduling the reservation must be the person to arrive at the door, or no access will be given. Pets: All pets must be pre approved NO EXCEPTIONS. If you book for a pet and you did not first give me requested details about the pet and wait for my pre approval of the pet, you will be denied access with the pet. There is no cooking in any bedrooms, or any other area of house except in the kitchen. NOTE If you plan on having a gathering/party, be advised we do not allow such events, however, every situation is unique, if you are looking to celebrate something and would like to have a responsible quiet gathering, please discuss this with host and in some cases there may be a fee involved. *** Our homestead may be under mild remodeling here and there through out the year. Please keep in mind that you are booking a room with use of the kitchen and bathroom, and other allowable areas per policy. There is no remodeling happening in any bedrooms, therefore any homestead staff will not interfere with your stay if there is remodeling going on when you visit. Note: This is a home stead. There are trained pets in this home. Medically trained canines and felines. Please be advised animals do NOT enter any of the homesteads bedrooms ever, not even when the rooms are vacant. We strictly keep the room off limits to our pets.
