It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the city center and Les Halles de Biarritz and less than 15 minutes to reach the large beach (also accessible by free shuttle from the neighborhood). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The living space includes a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with cooling compartment, etc.), a dining area and a living room. The sofa easily converts into a quality 140 * 190 futon bed.
