Private cozy house by the Creek!

Relax with the whole family or just for two at this peaceful cozy home! 18,000 sq ft of grass, trees & year round flowing creek! A true beautiful country getaway. Rafting, hiking, bird hunting and fishing all very near by, enjoy the outdoors your way! 21 and over can choose a bottle of wine or top shelf bourbon from our private cellar, pricing available when booking. Enjoy the evening by the propane fire pit or in our screened in back porch. Watch a dear wonder by and ponder all your thoughts! The space This home sits on 7 acres with a creek that runs through it all year round. Please no swimming or wading in the creek. We have corn hole and croquet yard games for your outdoor enjoyment. There is no outdoor dinning just yet. I personally maintain the yard myself so finding a way to move a table around just isn't doable at this time, not to mention the very large yard to water. But working on a solution. We do have goffers. They seem to enjoy the underground living. We do try to get rid of them but it only slows them down. This is why you may see piles of dirt in the yard. Also country living comes mice. We try our best to be rid of the pesty creatures but it's all apart of a rural county living. I don't think having a sign up stating NO MICE ALLOWED would do any good. :) Guest access This will be sent day of arrival. Other things to note This home has one King bed and a new Queen sofa sleeper. Please as of now we allow dogs. Please be mindful; No dogs allowed on the furniture or bed. Even with a pet deposit there is a lot of extra cleaning that goes with that. We know how fur friends are a big part of family. We have them. But please do not allow your dog on the furniture!
