The space Kitchen is equipped with an apartment size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, air fryer & toaster (no oven). A coffee bar that offers a kuerig or a conventional ninja coffee pot. We have a few k cups stocked to get you started with the convenience of to go cups. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser, closet, luggage stand & tv with a Roku so you can sign into your streaming services. Bathroom has a full shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest access Enter from the front porch in the main door go up the stairs to your right. The Cozy Den is labeled for convenience. Other things to note This is a 3 unit apartment building. The bottom floor is owner occupied with 1 dog & a sassy African Grey parrot- No pets allowed as there are pets on the premises and this could be a safety issue. You may occasionally here them. The 3rd unit (also on the 2nd floor) is also occupied by a tenant who occasionally has kids there. This unit is 30 minutes away from all Syracuse Hosptials, 16 minutes away from Oswego State College & Oswego Hospital & 19 minutes from Novelis & Alcan. 22 minutes from Sterling Renaissance Fair & Fair Haven State Park.
