The whole group will enjoy easy access to the Eastwood Mall and Avalon Estates Golf Course and Country Club from this centrally located place. This 3 bedroom is ideal if you need a place to stay short term, or if you need an extended stay. Traveling nurses and out of town construction workers are welcome! Close to the highway, you can be in Youngstown in 20 minutes, and Cleveland in 40. *The kitchen and 3rd bedroom are furnished, I just have someone in there that had their own things. The space Large living room big enough for everybody to enjoy comfortably there is even a pullout couch! Front and back porch, large basement with washer and dryer. Kitchen with the necessary appliances. Extra linens and towels. Guest access The entire half the duplex is yours to use, including the outside seating area. Other things to note There are tenants in the other half of the duplex. They are friendly and respectful people.
