The space This lovely sunny apartment has beautiful tall windows with blackout curtains and features new wood grain vinyl plank flooring and a large area rug. The brand new modern kitchenette has a granite countertop and whitewashed oak finished cabinets, and a freezer/refrigerator drawer combo. The dining area features a glass topped high top table. We have a nice seating area with a new leather sofa for lounging and watching the large screen TV. The TV also swivels for the cozy nights of watching TV in bed. The studio has a beautiful luxurious king size bed with high quality bedding, a changing area with an adorable leather bench and full size mirror, and nice sized closet. The bathroom has a new vanity with granite top, new toilet, and walk in shower. Your entry to the apartment is through a secured coded door and up one set of custom-made oak stair, through the shared gathering space which has a large screen TV and leather chairs for your use, and up a short set of 4 stairs. We have taken great care to create a space that is beautiful, secure, and very private. Our funishings are new, very high quality, and kept in pristine condition. I am an amateur lifelong artist and have taken the liberty to decorate the building and apartment with some of my paintings. I hope you like them and I do occasionally sell them if you are interested. My husband has done most of the work on the restoration of this building and I am sure you will appreciate his attention to detail. We hope you enjoy your stay.
