No running water at tree house but there is a 5 gal. container of fresh water there. Bathhouse is just a few steps away. Room for 2 adult and 2 kids The space Heavily Forested Property with 6 tent sites for outdoor campers and the Tree House for those who prefer a more comfort. The Bath house is located on the ridge/level with the tree house and tent sites and includes two toilets, hot and cold running water, shower, sink and urinal. Horse Shoe Pit, Corn Hole, Rope Swing, Pond, Hiking Trails and other amenities available. Arkota Market (closest convenience store and small cafe on hwy 109. (5 miles) Nearby Swimming and Fishing include: Blue Mtn Reservoir, Cove Lake, Jack Creek Rec Area, and of course the Mulberry Creek Rec Area and the Arkansas River is close.
