The space Enter on the main level directly from the driveway. The great room features a vaulted ceiling with windows reaching almost 20 feet above the floor. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace anchors the room with comfortable seating on one half and a dining area on the other. Two sliding doors open to the deck with views of the park-like surroundings. The brightly lit kitchen is open to the living room and features oak cabinets, tile backsplash, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The main level includes a half bath and full bath. The full bath connects to the king-size bedroom. A second bedroom with two twin beds is also on the main level. The laundry room features new, large capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer. The upper level includes a king-size bedroom, full bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a fold down futon sofa. The loft area of the second level looks over the great room and is for work and play. A desk, monitor, and chair are available for workactions and a a retro arcade machine featuring Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga is a great way to replay some old favorites. Small balconies with sliding glass doors provide easy access to the outdoors from the loft and upstairs small bedroom. The property is open and landscaped with a perimeter of trees providing privacy. There are creeks on each side of the property. The driveway provides easy pull-through access to the back road. Trailers longer than 18 feet are not permitted. Guest access All exterior spaces, the main level and upper level are included in the rental. The garage and basement are not included in the rental. Other things to note This is a non smoking property. We ask that there is no smoking indoors or outdoors. Dogs are always welcome with a pet fee but please no cats.
